It’s widely known that exercise plays a huge roll in reducing stress for so many. The hectic office environment, the busy parent at home, the long hours of study, the never-ending notifications on mobile phones or devices…everyone needs that daily 45 minutes to themselves so they can prioritize their health and well-being, physically and mentally.
Weekly and daily exercise releases feel good endorphins helping improve our mood, sleep patterns and productivity. The even bigger results of consistent exercise over a period of months include those all-important health marker improvements on blood pressure, bodyfat levels and cardiovascular capacity.
Consistency is key as we all know less exercise tends to cause us to exercise less, we don’t really miss something that isn’t a consistent part of our day or week but simply adding that 45 minutes into your week can make all the difference. Momentum now has a chance to build and all of sudden we want to add that little more each week. 45 minutes to an hour of exercise 3 to 5 times a week can amount to a happier healthier individual in all aspects of their lives.
