BikeRowSki Strength is a 45 minute interval strength training class aimed specifically at improving our members ability to get stronger. This coach-led class combines bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells, bench work and the BikeErg.
Each Semi Private Personal Training session is thoughtfully tailored to suit your goals with individualised programming in a small group setting. Our expert coaches will guide and educate you through the six key movement banners helping you get stronger, move well and feel great.
