I was very self conscious turning up to my first class, however that soon disappeared as all the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Iv taken classes with many different trainers and they are all brilliant, Sarah, Abbie, Julie and Jennifer are a credit to the gym. Class times are fantastic, with being a busy mother it's easy for plans to change so it's lovely to have option to cancel and rebook when better suits me. If your thinking about going.
