At BikeRowSki, 2026 is about improving how you experience the studio, from booking classes to how supported you feel when you walk through the door.

We’re Moving to a New BikeRowSki App
At the end of January, BikeRowSki will move to a new app platform powered by Momence. This update is designed to make booking classes, managing memberships and staying connected to your studio feel simpler and more reliable.

What You’ll Need to Do
When the new app launches:
- You’ll download the new BikeRowSki app
- We’ll share a download link and clear instructions
- Your membership, class credits and account details will transfer automatically
Nothing will change until launch and there will be nothing you need to re-enter or recreate.
Secure Payments and Memberships
Your payment details will move to the new system securely using compliant encryption. You will only need to update your card if it has expired. We’ll confirm everything again closer to the transition date so there are no surprises.
When This Is Happening
We expect the move to take place at the end of January. The transition will happen outside studio hours to avoid disruption and you’ll receive reminders and updates beforehand so you feel prepared.
