What Is BikeRowSki Strength
A coach led class using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells and bench work as well as the BikeErg to ensure we maintain aerobic heart rate training throughout.
What We Offer
BikeRowSki Strength is exclusive to our Kinsealy location. Our goal is to help our members resistance train so they can apply more force through the ergs while training at traditional BikeRowSki classes. For this to happen, we need to help our BikeRowSki community get stronger. This is where BikeRowSki Strength enters the equation. BikeRowSki Strength is the 45 minute interval strength training class aimed specifically at improving our members ability to get stronger for all 3 Ergs.
